APRIL 2022
This project aims to develop an innovative ICT-based application tool for children W/SEND & teachers (target group) to measure the teaching & learning processes and achievements of children from the early childhood period to the end of lower secondary school and to provide guidance & understanding for teachers by using the data to make reliable decisions on IEPs of children W/SEND. This system will give a performance testimony for these children for their further education. This project also aims to design an in-service training program for teachers to improve their competencies in student evaluation & documentation to develop a website and a sharing platform for dissemination.
On April 4-6, the second training meeting was held in Zwolle, the Netherlands, organized by Windesheim University. The main topic is developing school-wide positive behavior support with the light of collected data that helps the teachers to apply data-driven decision-making in the classroom. Regarding this issue, studies on inclusive school environments, observation of behaviors, and recording methods were carried out. Certain components of this training helped tie the links with the previous training that provided correspondence to each other.
The partners from all sites were appreciative and enjoyed the training. The meeting provided high satisfaction to all partners. Thanks to partners from Winsdesheim University.
